Concept

Founded by former professional snowboarder turned Michelin-starred chef Akira Back, this venue represents the first Thailand outpost of his global restaurant empire. The kitchen merges Japanese and Korean culinary traditions with international influences, reflecting Back's Korean heritage and American upbringing.

Occupying the 37th floor, the restaurant is divided into distinct zones:

  • Omakase bar for chef-guided experiences
