ang morr (Chinese Bistro)

Khlong Toei

A Chinese-Western bistro reviving the traditional 'cookshop' cuisine of Thai-Chinese communities with contemporary interpretations. Housed in a renovated bungalow with 'Chinois chic' interiors featuring private dining rooms and a pet-friendly terrace.

Concept

An homage to the Chinese-Western fusion cuisine that emerged during King Rama IV's reign, when Chinese chefs adapted Western dishes for foreign residents. The term 'ang moh' ('red-haired' in Chinese) references this historical culinary exchange.
