Chinatown
72-year-old former printing house transformed into a contemporary art institution. Six-story cultural center offering free exhibitions and immersive installations in an industrial setting that preserves its manufacturing heritage.
Converted from the Thai Wattana Panit book company's printing facility, this building sat abandoned for two decades following a 2001 fire before its transformation into a contemporary art space. The restoration preserved the industrial character while adapting the six-story structure for cultural programming.
