Australian-influenced fried chicken restaurant fusing high-end dining elements with comfort food. Features house-brined chicken using koji, 36-year-old sourdough starter for rolls, and innovative cocktails crafted by a former Fat Duck mixologist.

Concept

Opened in July 2023 by Jennifer Evans, winner of Australia's "My Kitchen Rules" (2012), this third-floor venue reinterprets fried chicken through a fine dining lens. The restaurant employs technical processes like koji brining while maintaining casual comfort.

Space & Design

Set above street level in a shophouse building, the interior combines terracotta and maroon tones. The Nike sneaker-inspired logo colors reflect the venue's blend of sophistication and approachability.
