Concept

A gastro wine bar and French restaurant that deliberately breaks from traditional fine dining codes while maintaining culinary excellence. The two-level space combines dining areas with wine bar atmospheres, centered around an extensive 400-bottle cellar.

Chef Antoine Darquin's menu reflects a "Keep It Simple, Sexy" philosophy, blending French techniques with Asian influences:
