Concept

A theatrical dining experience where cuisine meets immersive design. The space recreates a tropical rainforest environment through architectural elements including towering greenery, cascading plants, and South American-style wood carvings arranged around a central tree structure.

Executive chef Sebastien Lalanne develops a concise menu merging three distinct influences:
