Launched in 2023 at the Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort, Khum Hom represents Chef Ian Kittichai's first hotel collaboration in Thailand. The restaurant's name combines 'Khum' (bite-sized portion) and 'Hom' (aromatic), reflecting its culinary approach.
