Concept

Danish specialty coffee roaster's first international outpost, established in Bangkok's historic district. The concept centers on single-origin beans roasted to a specific profile suitable for both espresso and filter methods.

Architecture & Design

  • Two distinct coffee programs:
    • 'Comfort': Brazilian beans with chocolate and caramel notes
    • 'Adventure': Rotating selection emphasizing fruit-forward profiles

Heritage

Founded in Aarhus, Denmark (2012), this Bangkok location represents La Cabra's first step in global expansion, chosen specifically for its position in a historic Thai neighborhood.
