Opened in 2018, La Mesa Coffee Co. exemplifies the integration of specialty coffee with social enterprise. The venue operates on Business as Mission principles, providing barista training to marginalized communities while maintaining third-wave coffee standards.

The interior architecture draws from New Mexican influences:
