Concept

Opened in 2017, this bar originated as a showroom for Bacchus Global, transitioning into a specialized cocktail venue while maintaining its connection to premium Japanese spirits distribution. The space merges traditional Japanese drinking culture with modern mixology techniques.

Design

  • Wooden bar counter centerpiece flanked by wicker armchairs instead of conventional barstools
  • Walls adorned with Japanese spirits labels reimagined as art pieces
  • Stone corridor leading to bathrooms with automatic Japanese-style toilets
  • Temperature-controlled wine storage room maintained at 16°C

  • State-of-the-art wine bottle-tapping machine enabling premium Japanese wines by the glass
