Built in 1877 and completely renovated by Antoni Gaudí between 1904 and 1906, Casa Batlló embodies the pinnacle of Catalan Modernism. Its façade with organic forms and vibrant colors radically breaks from conventional architecture of the time. Visitors will find a spectacular staircase with metal curtains designed by Japanese architect Kengo Kuma.
