An Architectural Milestone

Casa Vicens marks Antoni Gaudí's professional debut. Built between 1883 and 1889 for Manuel Vicens i Montaner, it already showcases the innovations that would characterize the Catalan master's work. Visitors will find a new staircase with clean, contemporary lines, designed by Elías Torres, José Antonio Martínez Lapeña, and David Garcia.
