Founded in 2014 by Mateu Casañas, Oriol Castro, and Eduard Xatruch, former ElBulli chefs, Disfrutar pushes the boundaries of avant-garde gastronomy. The restaurant offers two tasting menus of about 30 dishes each, combining molecular techniques with Mediterranean roots.
