Dansaert
This craft brewery occupies a 1500 m² Art Deco building from 1932. It combines a microbrewery, Mediterranean restaurant, and art gallery in an eclectic decor. Monnaie
This beer spa offers a unique experience in the heart of Brussels. Clients relax in oak bathtubs filled with hot water at 39°C, hops, and aromatic herbs. Each bath is customizable with a selection of fresh hops. A draft beer tap is integrated near each bathtub. The spa also offers a hop-scented sauna and a straw bed for relaxation. Bailli
Founded in 2013, this craft brewery embodies Belgian brewing innovation. It offers a varied range: permanent beers (All Star), ephemeral ones (Pop-up), and barrel-aged beers. BBP distinguishes itself through community engagement with over 5500 members and a participatory process to develop new beers. A pioneer in the circular economy, it created the first beer made from unsold bread. The tasting space offers a vibrant decor, a large garden, and artisanal pizzas to accompany the beers.
