Concept

A restaurant dedicated to preserving and showcasing the culinary heritage of Vietnam's northwestern ethnic minorities, particularly the Mông, Tày, Muong and Tai peoples. Chef Phạm Việt oversees the research and development of authentic recipes using traditional ingredients and techniques.

Architecture & Design

The multi-level space recreates a mountain village atmosphere through:

  • Private dining rooms named after northwestern mountain passes
  • Garden with indigenous plants
