Concept

A multi-level cocktail destination merging the aesthetics of a private natural history museum with mixology. Built around the fictional character of "Sir Halflington", the space creates an immersive narrative through carefully curated artifacts and design elements.

Architecture & Design

Mixology Program

• Two distinct cocktail menus presented in hardcover book format:
  • Core selection of classics
  • Rotating seasonal offerings
• Signature creations include the "Anti-scurvy" cocktail and carrot-based concoctions
• Aged rum collection
• Drinks accompanied by gourmet cashews

• Hidden entrance through an alley
