Talent spotlight
Chef Wing-Keung Wong (Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong): with nearly 40 years of experience, Wong leads the Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Man Wah. He is celebrated for his passion for Cantonese cuisine, having won numerous awards, thereby preserving its culinary heritage;
Chef Elias (Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi): originally from Lebanon, Elias draws inspiration from his childhood and Lebanese cuisine. He crafts dishes that tell the story of his culture while respecting culinary traditions;
Chef Bertrand Valegeas (Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino): a French chef with over 30 years of experience, he is known for his passion for creative Greek cuisine and highlights local ingredients in his dishes;
Chanel Adams (Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok): the first female manager of the Bamboo Bar, Chanel combines tradition and modern techniques in her innovative cocktail creations.

Mediterranean Mosaic (12:30 - 17:00): a culinary experience led by Chef Valegeas, featuring authentic Greek dishes;
Cantonese Crescendo (19:00 - 23:30): an 8-course tasting dinner at Ling Ling by Hakkasan, featuring Chef Wong and Chanel Adams;
Levantine Tales (19:00 - 23:30): a 7-course culinary journey inspired by Lebanese cuisine at Shirvan restaurant.
Saturday, October 19
From Garden to Table (12:30 - 15:00): an interactive cooking class focused on Moroccan cuisine, using ingredients from the kitchen garden;
Six Chefs Gala Dinner (20:00 - 23:30): an event bringing together chefs for an 8-course menu at the M.O Studio, accompanied by a performance art.

Farewell Gourmet Brunch (12:30 - 16:00): the festival concludes with live cooking stations and a selection of cocktails presented by Chanel Adams.
