Passionate about photography since childhood, Simon Saliot naturally pursued studies in this field at ESAG Paris. In 2001, he discovered Marrakech and decided to settle there, captivated by the 'spectacle of life' it offers. Through his camera, he captures everyday moments that are both typical and unique to the country.
With his series Incredible Wall, Simon Saliot pays tribute to the grand ochre walls, whether city ramparts or simple walls, which always catch the light beautifully. But that's not all; in Marrakech, the people moving through the city create a little theater every day for those who know how to watch.
