Le Royal Mansour Marrakech

Jean Lachenal, the pastry chef at the Royal Mansour Marrakech, has crafted an egg inspired by the traditional Moroccan pastilla. Made with 40% milk chocolate from Ghana and dark chocolate from Peru, this incredible creation offers richness, crunch, and sweetness.

L'Oberoi Marrakech

The pastry chefs at the palace have created a handmade "peacock egg" measuring 67 cm, which captures the details and colors of a real peacock, the regal bird that symbolizes renewal.
This piece consists of 64% dark chocolate and encloses a crunchy hazelnut praline layer. When opened, a sweet explosion of assorted chocolate fritters is revealed!
