Noto offers a ftour experience with an Italian twist. The meal begins with a selection of appetizers, including walnut-stuffed dates, chebakia, deviled eggs, minestrone soup, and a cucumber, feta, and orange salad. A focaccia topped with turkey mortadella, stracciatella, and pistachios rounds out the appetizers.
For the main course, guests can enjoy reimagined Italian classics such as beef ribeye tagliata with potato espuma and black truffle jus, roasted sea bream fillet with Mediterranean sauce vierge, or maccheroni al pomodoro.
For dessert, Noto offers a choice of tiramisu, panna cotta or Moroccan cake.
