Thierry Marx's new restaurant ONOR in the 8th arrondissement is making waves with its theatrical entrance where guests must knock to be welcomed. The decor, designed by Mathilde de l'Ecotais, captivates with an origami butterfly chandelier overlooking an open kitchen. The menu features bold creations like soy risotto and homemade tomato brioche. Marx takes it further by hiring 20% of his staff from graduates of his free culinary schools, combining culinary excellence with social commitment. A private room is available downstairs for events.
